Synopsis

From our own Robert Cialdini, the book Pre-susasion. In this book he specifically looks at what you can do at forehand to increase compliance. The book links to the book influence we are using, the tactics are a bit less pronounced and there is some overlap. Also the book is less clear on the references and research being used. That  said, the tone of the book is again open, full of wonder, a bit of mystery and it broadens your view on how to set up influence attempts (including the ones used in the current book).
